It’s funny how things have a way of coming together and working themselves out.

Many times we try to be super heros and she-ros. Still, this is the simplest and quickest route to depression and exhaustion. And these silent disorders are not selective. They do not discriminate based on how old you are, the color of your skin or whether or not you are male or female. Like emergencies, even death, we don't get to set appointments.
