Dorothy Saxon Clemmer
Dorothy Saxon Clemmer, 75, of Ridgeland passed away on Friday, April 17, 2009 at her home in Ridgeland.
She was born in Ridgeland on January 17, 1934. She was the daughter of the late John Duggan and Ella Sharpe Saxon.
She was a retired legal secretary to Judge Luke N. Brown, Jr. She was a member of Abundant Life Tabernacle in Hardeeville. After retirement she was employed at Hargray Communications.
She is survived by her husband, John L. (Jack) Clemmer of Ridgeland; one son, John L. (Jay) Clemmer and his wife, Julie of Ridgeland; two brothers, John Duggan (Dolly) Saxon Jr. of Hendersonville, NC and Thomas E. Saxon of Ridgeland; and two grandsons, Justin P. and Jeremy M. Clemmer both of Ridgeland.
Funeral Services were held Sunday, April 19 at Abundant Life Tabernacle, Hardeeville with burial in the Ridgeland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Abundant Life Tabernacle, P.O. Box 310, Hardeeville, SC 29927.
