Here's a wish for the wishbone holders of Jasper County.  May we all have good health, family around us and help those who will have very little food on their tables.  Be you Black or White we all seem to be in the same boat.  But if we all row together, IMAGINE!!!  God Bless

Thanks Kevin, you really give us such great information on star gazing.  We are very fortunate in Jasper County to be able to see great motion in the sky.  With not much glare from city lights, the sky at night is incredible.  Go out, smell the air, look up and be amazed. 

Please, taxpayers of Jasper County, enough mudslinging.  There is a very important matter that should have your attention.  Four years ago, our county was in excess of 7 million dollars in reserve.  Currently, the County is 25 million dollars in debt and there is no reserve.  According to the last Council meeting, the Council approved an additional 5 million dollars for the day to day operating expenses.  When will our County Council realize Andy Fulghum is responsible for this massive debt.  If you can not attend a meeting, please watch it on TV.  It is time for that taxpayers to sp

Governor Sanford is a philander, Rep. Joe Wilson has no manners, Joel O'Quinn has a shoot out in a parking lot over a woman and a Hardeeville city Councilman gets arrested for drunk driving.  TV should run this as a new soap opera, AS THE STOMACH TURNS.

Dear Kizzielee, our hearts are heavy with your families grief.  Somebody put up a reward to find that pup and the guilty thief can be arrested for murder.  It is hunting season and alot of beagles are taken to deer hunt.  Keep your dogs close to home.  Josh was a good man and his family should know that their friends and neighbors loved him.

Well no happy retirement party for Ms. Lee.  I will always remember the wonderful welcome you got when you walked into the old building, how nice she dressed, her professionalism and she was a home girl.  The worst of this story is that Fulguhm will not pay a penny when he losses this lawsuit.  Jasper County taxpayers will foot the bill.  Send this Yankee packing.

The Boys and Girls Club had their annual Food Fest this past weekend.  Kudos to all the men and women who worked so hard.  Anne and Susie are tireless in their passion for this cause.  But, my I make a suggestion.  Please hold all of these kinds of venues in the Fall or Spring.  The heat under that roof, even with the sides open was INTENSE!!  Many folks left because they couldn't stand the heat.  I pray that the event was a great success.

I am new to this blog thing, so bear with me.  Sam Gregory has been around, doing his thing for along time.  But I am not famillar with Ms. Bartoldus.  Can you give us some background as to why you think ill of her.  Carolinagirl has a different spin on both Gregory and Bartoldus.  Also, take some deep breaths, you have so much anger.  Perhaps you can come up with some good folks who live in Jasper County.
