Who is scaming Who?

There are many big companys, that have been out there for many years. Lets not use names to protect the company involed. This company has been around for over 60 yrs. The last 15 yrs they started selling websights. A friend of my mine bought one of these sights. After having his websight for only a few months, another company call him up and told him that the company he just bought his websight from is a scam. The 10yr old company ,who said the 60yr old company is a scam, wants to charage my friend $499 to get his money back from the 60yr old company. right now my friend has only invested around $500. So far the 60 yr old company has done everything that they said they would do. The 10 yr old company wants to send you a kit and some forms to fill out to get his money back. In my opion I told my friend to keep his websight and try a little harder with his advertising and give it some time. Question to the public.

Do you think he should keep his websight or just let it go?
