Some 10 years ago this county was broke. They couldn't pay their bills and had to pick which one's they could.  Henry Moss was hired as County Administrator and succeeded in taking the county out of great debt.  He amassed an 7 million dollar reserve fund in a short time.  In time Mr. Moss was fired, under Dr. Hood's Chairmanship.  Andrew Fulghum was hired and proceeded to, in a very short time, put us back in terrible debt. All our money is GONE.  We can't even man our firestations as we had been promised last year. We are back to picking out which bills we can pay, borrowing money just to pay back interest we owe on loans.  Someone has not watched out for our county .  When will Chairman Hood step up to the plate and replace Andrew Fulghum .
